Past Papers — 1st Year Math

Previous years' papers are the closest preview of your board paper. Solve them under timed conditions, then revise the chapters where you lost marks.

How to use past papers

  1. Finish the full course first — past papers test preparation, they don't create it.
  2. Solve one complete paper in 3 hours without notes, exactly like the exam.
  3. Mark it honestly using the pairing scheme: note which chapters cost you marks.
  4. Revise those chapters from the notes below, then attempt another paper.
  5. Repeat for at least 3–5 years of papers across different Punjab boards.

Revise by chapter

Every question in a past paper maps to one of these chapters.

Paper pattern (100 marks, 3 hours)

  • Section A — 20 marks: compulsory MCQs from across the book.
  • Section B — 50 marks: short questions in paired groups.
  • Section C — 30 marks: attempt 3 of 5 long-question pairings.
